If you're over 40 and wondering why your body isn't responding the way it used to, you're in the right place.

I know how frustrating it can be. In my 50s, the things that had worked for me in my 20s and 30s suddenly stopped working. I was eating well, staying active, and yet I gained 15–20 pounds after menopause.

My doctor even called to say she was concerned about my blood sugar and that I was becoming pre-diabetic. I couldn't understand how this was happening when I was doing everything I thought I was supposed to be doing.

So I started looking for answers.

I discovered that midlife weight gain isn't simply about eating less and exercising more. Our metabolism, hormones, nutrition, stress, sleep, and lifestyle all play a role and what worked before may not be what your body needs now.

When I put what I learned into practice, it worked. I lost the weight, improved my health, and, most importantly, understood my body in a completely different way.

And that's why I do what I do today.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Metabolic Balance Coach, I help women over 40 who are struggling with stubborn weight gain, low energy, poor sleep, cravings, inflammation, and hormonal changes.

Through personalized nutrition, bloodwork, and one-on-one coaching, I help you understand what your body needs now and give you a clear roadmap to work with it, not against it.

Hello, I'm Sarah

A woman sitting on a large rock at the beach, smiling and laughing, with a sandy shoreline and ocean in the background.

A little more about me…

In 2003, I walked the Camino de Santiago in Spain—a 1,000-kilometre journey that took me 34 days.

At the beginning, the destination felt impossibly far away. But I learned something that has stayed with me ever since: You don't have to see the entire path. You just have to take the next step.

I believe the same is true for your health.

Addressing your health in midlife can feel overwhelming, especially when you've tried everything and nothing seems to work anymore. But you don't have to figure it all out on your own.

I'll help you understand your body, make sense of the changes you're experiencing, and take the next steps with confidence.

One step at a time. One change at a time.

You can feel better in your body again. And I'd love to help you get there.

Yours in Health,
Sarah
